About
Abdul Razak Kalsekar founded Rasasi in Dubai in 1979, opening a small perfume shop in the Murshid Bazaar area of Deira. The company remains family owned and run by his sons, with manufacturing in the Jebel Ali Free Zone and a flagship store in central Dubai. Its catalogue divides into Eastern lines built on oud, amber and attars and Western-style sprays. Blue Lady was an early flagship of the Western range, and Hawas later became its best-known export, often compared with pricier fresh masculine scents.
